To comply with our lease terms and protect your business, please email me a copy of your liability insurance policy (Per the Mattison Avenue Suite Rental lease, this is a requirement for all tenants). You are welcome to use the insurance company of your choice.

Your professional insurance requirements:
Subtenant shall carry his or her own professional liability insurance coverage with a minimum coverage of $500,000 per occurrence or the amount required by applicable laws, whichever is greater, and provide Sublandlord with a certificate of insurance, therefore, with Sublandlord (Mattison Avenue Salon Suites and Spa) being named an additional insured thereon to the extent obtainable.
*Mattison Avenue's average single suite is roughly 100-120 square feet.
